In our digitally dominant world, it can be hard for recruiters to find the right people to fill their job roles. It’s so easy and accessible that standing out amongst the competition is getting increasingly harder, so a number of issues can arise; not having the right sort of applicants, or not having enough people even apply. Also not only has your applicant got to sell themselves to the employer, the recruiters need to equally sell themselves to the potential candidates. As you can imagine being distinctive can become somewhat more complicated.
As we’ve said before, (and what most people now are becoming aware of) video marketing is the upcoming marketing trend of the near future. It is estimated that by 2020, it will become the majority of companies core marketing plan and will be a significant part of how they present themselves across digital platforms.
For some companies and organisations, they’ve already started to utilise this form of marketing. Many have seen an incredible influx of applications and enquiries off the back of a digital video release. Please take a look at some of the sectors we've had the pleasure working in.
