Just about everything has been done in the advertising world to do with Estate Agency, so our goal was to create something unique and reflective of the personal service Pygott & Crone offer. We knew we needed to produce something that worked in harmony with the existing brand identity and also create something that was memorable and would help establish the company further.
One thing that became clear after our initial discussions was the inherent emotional connection people feel when either buying their first home, moving up or downsizing, so straight off the bat we knew we needed to encapsulate this within the advert. Like all great advertisers, our aim was to tell a very short story within the 30 second TV slot and not just list features and benefits. From this the concept of Houses. Homes & Harmony was born.
