The team at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust approached us with a vision of producing an awareness piece that would act as a training resource for Human Factors in Healthcare. Looking to focus initially on Maternal care, we set out to outline the 4 key themes that revolved around decision making, appropriate communication, escalation and timely decision making.
Delivered
Fronted by a reenactment film and 4 other case study films that featured key medical staff and researchers, we created a suite of video content that would be hosted on a dedicated e-learning website. Since it's launch, the learning platform has been shared across all NHS Trust hospitals and has begun to capture vital data which will be used to improve the future of maternal healthcare.
