1. Concept discussions - we will arrange a meeting and chat with you about what you want to get out of a video.
2. Proposal & concept sign-off - we will supply you with a full written proposal including itemised quotes.
3. Filming schedule - when organising shoots, we will endeavour to minimise disruption to your day-to-day operations wherever possible while ensuring that we get the footage we need to produce your video.
4. Filming - our crew, working from the brief, will capture every aspect of your product or service.
5. Production/editing stage - editing of your video will start shortly after the production stage; based on earlier concept meetings we will produce a beta edit, or 'rough draft', that you can review to make sure we are working in the right direction.
6. Client reviews and approves material online - you can check the beta edit from the comfort of your own office thanks to our online service, or you can visit our offices in person, if you prefer.
7. Sign off - after making changes to the video (if any!) we will present the final video for approval.
8. Artwork design & covers - artwork will also be presented for approval at the sign-off stage, if applicable to your project.
9. Delivery - the final product will be delivered to you, ready for
use, as soon as possible depending on duplication
requirements. |
