  • Launching a major sports partnership isn’t the kind of thing you quietly slip out into the world and hope for the best. It needs impact. Energy. And just enough chaos behind the scenes to make it interesting.

    This campaign saw Affixxius partner with PepsiCo and The Football Association to deliver the official announcement of Pepsi Max as the partner of the England Senior Teams. A multi-platform campaign spanning TV, online and social, designed to land with pace, personality and cultural relevance.

    Working alongside Athlete Sports Agency and Creative Players, we took the project from concept through to final delivery under extremely tight timelines. The creative leaned into humour and accessibility, fronted by comedian Tom Davis, bringing a human, self-aware tone to a high-profile commercial partnership.

    Shot across multiple fast-paced production days, the campaign required seamless collaboration between agencies, talent partners and brand teams. With a large number of stakeholders and moving parts, success came down to clarity of vision, speed of execution and a shared focus on the end result rather than process theatre.

    From a production perspective, this is exactly where an in-house model proves its worth. With creative, production and post all handled under one roof, we were able to move quickly, solve problems in real time and maintain creative consistency throughout.

    The final campaign delivers a hero film supported by social-first cutdowns and PR imagery, giving PepsiCo and The FA a flexible content suite to launch and amplify the partnership across channels.

    Most importantly, it does what these campaigns need to do: it makes the announcement feel like a moment, not just a message.

    Because no one remembers a “strategic partnership announcement.”
    They remember the thing that made them actually look up from their phone.
