  • Building on a long-standing partnership with Trent Bridge, once again we took on the challenge of redefining T20 cricket with the Notts Outlaws - T20 Campaign 2023. Our mission? To break through the traditional barriers of cricket fandom and capture the attention of a new audiencewho are seeking fresh family entertainment.

    Embracing a stylistic approach inspired by the recent Nottingham Forest third kit launch, our commercial is a dynamic mix of energy-infused, high-impact visuals. Set to a booming modern electronic track, our film dispels common cricket myths while showcasing the vibrant atmosphere of T20 Blast at Trent Bridge.

    The script unfolds through captivating shots of the ground at night, with drone footage racing around floodlights and quick flashes of on-field action. A powerful voice over declares, “It’s not cricket. It’s T20 Blast at Trent Bridge,” challenging preconceptions and weaving a narrative that transcends the sport’s traditional boundaries.

    From moody shots of players lit with strobing neons to slow-motion cheers and the roar of fans, our film transforms the perception of cricket in the modern age. Forget the history, we say, as we spotlight Outlaws batters striking dramatic poses and fans celebrating in front of enormous speakers.

    The narrative builds momentum, emphasising the thrill of high scores, stump-uprooting moments, and the contagious energy of passionate fans. We break away from outdated images, revealing the essence of T20 as a celebration of great food, laughter, and an electrifying sporting experience.

    In a final crescendo, our film captures the essence of Trent Bridge and Nottingham;a city in motion, fans crossing the bridge from tradition to sedition. The juxtaposition of players in top hats and tails evolving into the fierce Outlaws in their cricket kit emphasises the rebellion against cricket norms.
